Review of the original dance of the World Figure Skating Championships 2005
Review of the original dance of the World Figure Skating Championships 2005 The judges and their classification by the client OR are in parentheses. 1) Belbin / Agosto (2, 67.54) It 's a little ironic that after spending all season complaining the amount of combat that I do not like this program I'm first in the ranking of the Worlds. But I think that were the clear winners of the Joual. They attacked this program and nailed everything. I have a good laugh at the British Eurosport commentators trying to find something on this action and to criticize "Their weapons are not always in perfect harmony, 'because if this is the biggest problem with any program, it was obviously skated fabulous . The Quickstep and Charleston were without doubt the best of the night, and their Foxtrot was almost to the level that was four seasons ago. The choreography is not very good, but their performance and forget that passed over it. 2) NaVKE / Kostomarov (1, 68.67) This is not a bad program, but it is not a great program. Foxtrot Quickstep and both were good, but not so surprising. However, the transitions are 1000% more than a season ago, so this is something like a dance program, rather than a peer with elements of dance. And how can you not give them points for their original musical selection of "Sing Sing Sing"? But as neither the level of difficulty, nor the interpretation was up to the level of Belbin / Agosto 's, they deserved a second place. 3) Chaiten / Sakhnovski (5, 61.19) After placing a 3. GPF in the OD, I was crossing their fingers that their position is the same here. Unfortunately, the courts not to me. They, unlike the teams directly below them, there was a great interpretation of the rhythms and skated without mistakes. And his energy level, as always, was ridiculously high. Furthermore, their skating skills, although not as good as the skating skills of the best in the world, have improved, so that should challenge the other team. 4) Denkova / Staviski (4, 62.79) DO Torpe interpretation, but not all of the skate. Their ability rink - and the fact that they do not disturb, on the other teams here. However, this OD is very forgettable. 5) Delobel / Schoenfelder (6, 60.25) Isabelle would not have made a small mistake in the sequence of SBS feet, it would have been challenging the top teams. Unfortunately, she did. Isabelle is beautiful interpretation, and even Olivier seems less a normal life. In addition, the choreography is excellent. The only other problem is that I am a little 'off the pace Foxtrot. 6) Grushina / Goncharov (3, 63.17) This program has many of these same weaknesses as B / A need not be a surprise to anyone, since it is essentially the same program. (Morozov creativity or lack of it has sunk to a new low for "his" program for G / G, in this season). But, unfortunately for them, do not have B / A of the technical strength and charisma. Elena is lovely as always, Ruslan is dull as always. And I am still waiting to finish their sbs feet. Someone needs to get out and push each sequence feet. 7) Domnino / Shabalin (7, 58.86) These two, probably the best interpretation of the Foxtrot season. It 'fun, music, and the classic Foxtrot on the ice. Also has done his dance and seems to spin-Foxtrot. Sbs foot does not seem very powerful, and their twizzles, millet, but better than many other teams have been somewhat 'unstable. The Quickstep is good. 8) Dubreuil / Lauzon (8,58.30) Argh. The Foxtrot and Quickstep sections were very good and played the whole dance is very consistent with a combination OD. However, the sbs footwork was a complete and absolute disaster. Arrived in a poor state of about 1 / 3 of the course and has never been on track. There was a little 'too long not to touch each other. Charleston and their was a little 'uncomfortable in some places. Also, why are imitating holding umbrellas? This is not the point of "Singing in the Rain" is a song in the rain, and not covered by an umbrella? 9) Faiella / Scalia (9, 56.13) has dramatically improved its appeal. Twizzles its still not very good. And actually do not seem to have no rhythm, especially Quickstep. But technically, this is a strong and has good energy, as always, 10) Wing / Lowe (10, 52.52) It starts with a good, albeit somewhat 'boring Foxtrot. And then, in a smooth transition, but rather 'boring Charleston. Normally I love this team, but this seems to lack energy. They do not have the technical content of the teams above them. 11) Fraser / Lukanin (13, 48.82) Their speed was greatly improved and polished. Very nice expression Foxtrot. Spend a little 'too much time apart. They had nice musicality too. 12) Kerr / Kerr (11, 50.71) There is still a considerable gap between their skills and, even if it is improved. They have nice Foxtrot expression. Twizzles of them at the foot of SBS was very messy towards the end. Her Quickstep was OK, but not as good as the Foxtrot. 13) Gregory / Petukhov (12, 50.22) I have only the supervisory board, is not you, and I enjoyed much more than usual. Interpret that how you want. Of course, then I lost the error committed on twizzles during the sbs footwork, which lacked power. Charleston dignified expression. Too caresses in Foxtrot section. 14) Kulikova / Novikov (14, 48.72) was the best Quickstep, and shone in Foxtrot. In second place was very little Quickstep Quickstep traditional character. They were a little 'sloppy quality. Not rank the rest of the teams. Hoffman / Elek (17, 45.34) It starts with a Foxtrot, which was quite nice and really captured the rhythm. The Quickstep, it was very good, but not quite work as well as the Foxtrot. And someone has to teach Atilla twizzle, because I am sick to mess it up, as in the SBS feet. And then he had problems lifting Nora in the final lift, although a portion of which may be likely to blame for her dress 472,346 pounds. But in general, this was a nice OD. Gudiña / Beletski (18, 42.85) We start with an enthusiastic Charleston. However, the Foxtrot was boring, with little difficulty. And, unfortunately, could not raise the energy level Quickstep with the last section, all the songs from Mad dancing. Watanabe / Kido (15, 46.57) A very good character and Quickstep. Diagonal feet would flow better. Their Foxtrot was good, but not enough, as the character of Quickstep. He has some problems with the last lift. Grebenkina / Azronjan (16, 46.02) Great energy, and their movements are very dance-y Quickstep and placed well. Foxtrot music is very strange - only a rhythm and melody. But another well made Quickstep final section. Beier / Beier (20, 41.66) Very beautiful and charming, with a good interpretation of the dance rhythms. Kauc / Zych (22, 40.92) Fabulous Foxtrot expression. Sbs Twizzles over your feet dirty. Basic skating is very good. This program does not fall that tend to have their programs, but the lack of energy and attack. Quickstep expression is also very beautiful. Pechalat / Bourzat (23, 40.71) It begins with a charming and well characterized Charleston. But she has a bad fall during the sbs feet. His musicality in Foxtrot was good, but the choreography was not very ballroom. Which is fixed on a large section Quickstep. Yang / Gao (19, 42.67) Decent Foxtrot. He strikes a nice position in the elevator. You're very charming. Charleston is nice too. He seems to have trouble rotating the final lift. Golovin / Voika (21, 41.57) It starts with exaggerated movements that seem more subtle Foxtrot rhythm. But still have good musicality and energy. Decent quickstep, but again the movements do not fit the rhythm very well. Munan / Munan (25, 36.31) As sick as I SAO Chicago, this was great. Both rhythms, especially the Charleston, were interpreted fabulous. Both skaters sparkled. Obviously do not have the technical capabilities of the best teams, but they can ad technical content in the future, which will certainly be contenders. Akimov / Shakalov (29, 31.35) very bright, but that little else for them. Encountered in sbs feet. It is a diagonal foot. Their musicality is pretty good. Aureli / Vaturi (24, 38.66) It starts with a lot of dancing in place. They have a low coverage of ice on the sbs steps. But they have a good understanding of the Quickstep and Foxtrot. Unfortunately, we really lack of technical content. Haunstetter / Hoenlein (27th 33.00) in Chicago. Again. But Charleston is very good, and its position in the elevator is large. Ugly and out of sync twizzles. The rest of the SBS was not much better. They looked as if it were two different programs for skating during the sbs steps. E 'fantastico. Buck / Nelson-Bond (28, 32.85) Good Charleston expression. Fairly good speed through diagonal foot. He hit big positions in their elevators. Their weakness seems to be the basic skating. They also had problems with your feet together sbs. Keller / Keller (26, 33.23) Charleston really strange music. Decent musicality. Your program is very empty. Neither energy. Quickstep was the best expression of the three rhythms. Galcheniuk / Krupa (30, 28.14) Most of their skating is decent. Their programs are not empty, and their musical interpretation is right. They also have a good energy. Unfortunately, none of their skating is anything better than decent, especially their basic skating. Care to Ice Dance?
