E 'was established in 1991. At the end of 1995, Trafford opened its doors and the website. These are the first company worldwide to offer an "on-demand service" and are the best. The production of Positive Aikido has gone through many phases. Hand drawings that describe each of positive traditional Aikido were begun in 1987 with the intention to provide new students with a reference guide - at the time be photocopied for students in the United States and then possibly for the United Kingdom as well as students. This plan, however, can not be maintained as more and more drawings were produced. The designs of the first four groups was completed in 1991 and 1993, the second four groups were added, with transcripts of a recorded conversation between Sensei Ellis and Rogers along Roadtrip from Dallas, Texas and Alamogordo, New Mexico. Rogers made his 1st Dan during that trip, and Positive Aikido collected many of her stories and background information. Still, it was nothing more than a pile of documents from various sources improvisation. In 1999, however, with the advent of digital photography, Sensei Rogers decided to enhance the drawings with some digital photos and, eventually, create a brochure for students in all the Ellis Schools. The photos, however, some requests for support of text - and there were many other materials that should also be provided. The transcripts were re-written and clear digital pictures have been processed for the first four forms. During another visit to New Mexico, and his assistant Sensei Anita Wilson along with Sensei's son performed the demonstrations needed for the last four forms. Later, the first four modules have been re-shot with Sensei Rogers and one of his first U.S. students, New Mexico Jeff enamel. At this time, Aikido was positive under development in the form of book. The agent and publishers contacted first agreed, but the material was still very rough. Other photos were taken and extensive digital work was done on them to clarify technique. Other sections were added to describe combat strategy and philosophy "Positive Aikido". Sections on ethics and morals within the arts were developed along with material dealing with the selection of a martial art for beginners, and of course, history has been strengthened and sharpened section. Finally, a complete reorganization of the material is obtained by adding a section on pins and control and weapons (jo and sword). The work consists of more than 1000 photos, 600 hand-drawings and complex explanations and tips to make the techniques of Aikido is functioning properly. It includes detailed writing on "positive" attitude and complete sections for beginners, intermediate, advanced and professionals. While many traditional publishers have expressed interest in printing the book, and before the negotiations were concluded with a company based in Califoia, the advent of "print on demand" technology and the resulting new publishing market, a better alteative. In this book, as it stands now, say the authors of this - "There are a lot of books on martial arts out there, and this will fit well in a nation - is even in the great breadth of work. This is an almost complete representation of a single technical school - is a historical marker - a book of strategy - a guide to ethics - a technical manual - and a chart, graph and manifest all the things that make martial arts in his complex have been together as brothers and sisters with the same warrior spirit.
