Surviving the Triathlon Start

Surviving the Triathlon Start The start of a triathlon can be tense, tired, intimidating, frustrating and even discouraging (why do this sport?). But do not let all this get to you! The beginning of the whole world is a crazy group of splashing, starts and stops, physical contact, and swimmers trying to separate from each other. Here are some tips to deal with what some consider to be the most difficult part of any triathlon: 1.Expect the worst. Go into the event hoping that the beginning will not be easy. Know you knock other people to hit, but 99% of the time, all by accident. We also know that the chaos in the beginning will not last for the entire swim, it was quickly broken in the different speed swimmers separate. 2nd Do not panic. Always short of breath. Stay relaxed as possible, while the whole world for the pole position. Do not let others influence his frantic state of mind. 3rd Stay abroad. Many try to stay indoors more closely in line with the first buoy as they can get. Not following the pack. Start your work outside and in this approach buoy # 1. Many are not perfectly clean, but you save yourself a lot of madness. 4th Run until the water level is in the knee. This will maximize your time on earth, without being slowed by running through water. 5th Use shorter strokes to get through the chop. If you are swimming in the sea and has been a busy day, this technique helps tremendously. Once in the water some sweet, long stretches again in order to maximize efficiency and energy savings. These 5 tips will help you to at least tolerate if not enjoy, the beginning of a triathlon!
